Orders will be packed and sent to the carriers within 7 days, excluding major US holidays. Orders are processed immediately once checkout is completed, for this reason, we are not able to make changes to the order once you complete the order.
Please also make sure to remember to enter the complete correct shipping address. The system will use whichever info the purchasers enter into the shipping info section at time of check out. Therefore, if the shipping info is wrong or missing (for example, missing apartment #), the package might be lost or returned. The purchaser will need to pay extra shipping fee for the package to be shipped back out.
Hot Tips Beauty is not responsible for packages after they are picked up by the courier. We will not be liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages. It is solely the purchaser's responsibility to contact his/her local post office or shipping company promptly to locate the packages.
To prevent stolen, please make sure you keep tracking of your package delivery through a tracking number provided, and to be available to receive the goods. Estimate processing dates are for in-stock items only. In the rare event that an order has been placed on items that are out of stock, we will contact you immediately with the option for a full refund or replacement on out of stock items.
We take our pride in packing your orders. We have multi-step process in place to ensure proper packing as each item is checked out and marked one by one so that we do not miss any of your ordered item. For package's content concerns the purchaser must notify us by email within 48 hours after receiving to be considered for a review.
International Duties and Fees: Hot Tips Beauty is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with importing goods charged by the countries outside the United States. The purchaser is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other associated fees for importing their orders. Each country has a different way of receiving our package from the US and distributing it out to you. So please make sure you fully understand how it works in your own country before placing the orders. Once the orders left our warehouse into the hand of the shipping company, we have no control or knowledge beyond this point.

NO Returns & NO Exchange Accepted
Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept return or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect. If you believe you receive an item that is manufacturer defect you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and provide a photo of the defective item and the packing slip.
Especially for tools, they must be handled and maintained with care. Since we do not know how you handle your tools, there will no refund or exchange or replacement after used for any reason.
